+Are there any extra charges?
Not for your invitations. The envelope reveal, photos, galleries, registry links, maps, texting, reminders and RSVP tracking are all part of the $1.25 per invitation, with no coins, credits or feature tiers. The only time you’d pay more is if you add guests later ($1.25 for each new invitation). Matching party goods like welcome signs, favor tags and thank-you cards will be separate purchases, priced upfront, when they arrive.
+What counts as one invitation?
One invitation is one text or email. You pay for each phone number or email address you send to, not for each person coming. Inviting a whole family? Send one invitation to one person in the household (for example, a parent), then choose how many guests they can RSVP for. The Smith family of five is one invitation, not five.
+What if I add guests later?
You pay $1.25 for each new invitation, and only for those. Nothing else changes.
+Is there a minimum?
Yes. To make sure our independent designers are paid fairly for every order, orders start at 10 invitations ($12.50), even if you don’t use all 10. Any you don’t use stay on your event, so if you add guests later, they’re already paid for. After that, you pay only for each new invitation.
+Do I have to buy a package?
Never. Past the small first-order minimum, you pay for exactly the number of invitations you send. No coins, no credits, no tiers.
+What messages are included?
Each invitation includes the invitation itself, up to two RSVP follow-ups to guests who haven’t replied, and one update if your details change (like a new time or venue). Your invitation page always shows the latest details, so you can keep editing it anytime.
+Can I just buy the design and print it myself?
Yes. Choose “Digital download” on any design: personalize it, pay $11.99 once, and download a high-resolution 5×7 JPG to print or share however you like. It doesn’t include sending or RSVP tracking.
+Can I print my invitation?
Yes, either way you order. With “Send it digitally,” a printable 5×7 JPG of your finished card is included at no extra cost, so you can text and email your invitations and print a few too. With “Digital download” ($11.99), the printable 5×7 JPG is what you get. Both are high resolution (300 dpi) and ready for a print shop or your home printer.
+Can I use a design I made or bought somewhere else?
Yes. Upload your own design and send it with all the same features for the same price.
+Where does my money go?
Every design on the site is made by an independent designer, and they earn a commission on every order for their design. When you order here, you’re supporting a small business.
